"Overall the entire process went well. Ty was our initial point of contact for the process. He was incredibly polite and responsive to our needs, wants, and questions. Installation took place later that same week and Nick took care of that part of the process. Nick arrived on time and was again very polite and professional. The install took a little longer than anticipated though through no fault of Nick's. A couple of unexpected speed bumps set us back on time but did not derail the completion of our installation. "Overall, Anthony Richards did a wonderful job. He installed five ceiling fans for us and even returned a second time, because one of the globes was broken. Although we are unable to make full use of two of the fans, this was not Anthony's fault. It was mine for not reading the descriptions more closely! Anthony is kind, hospitable, and he takes his time to do the job properly. While he took a bit too long the first time out, I'd rather someone get it right than rush and get it wrong. I appreciate too that Anthony wore booties to protect our home, and he cleaned up after himself. "Installation was easy. Equipment looks and feels sturdy and durable. I purchased the indoor camera, sensors, motion sensor and doorbell camera. Doorbell has yet to be installed so cant review that yet, but all other items work great! Indoor camera viewing is easy with the app that also allows you to arm & disarm alarm. Learning how to use the system is easy, we relied on the video tutorials provided, but I know there is customer service. Thankfully we have not had an emergency, so yet to see the response, but so far I would definitely recommend!"

"The deal was for self-installed equipment, which I was not made aware of at the time of purchase. I would prefer to have a professional install this type of system, and it should be stated in the wording of the deal that the purchaser is expected to perform the installation."
