Joe changed his inside and outside work scheduling to accommodate the weather conditions, given the materials we were working with.... yeah its smart business...but I have worked with so many contractors that would have just plowed ahead, done the work and left the consequences with the home owner... a year or two later (kind of like the bad flashing guy...).
