"I purchased a Big Deal for two hours of handyman labor for $59. It was easy to schedule, he arrived on time, listened to what I wanted done, and did the work quickly and well. He showed me photos on his iPad of work he had done in the past (although it also allowed me to see previous customers' names.) He asked me to sign a statement that I was satisfied with his service. Not long after, he emailed me a quote for the outdoor spigot replacement."

"He replaced some cedar on my box window. What I liked is I called for something that didn't need to be done. He said that wasn't needed and he could have told me it did. He said that it just needed to be caulked. I appreciated his honesty. He checked my whole house for wood rot. He explained everything first before doing the work. He gave me the receipt for the boards I purchased so I could get my money back from Lowe's."

"How'd it go? AMAZING! Charles & his crew did such a fantastic job I can only explain it as if they did for my house what they would do for their own! Charles & Brittany were very responsive....showed up on the day & time of the scheduled appointment and did a FANTASTIC job! I asked Charles to take 'before' & 'after' pictures (since I did not have the time to do so). I want to put them on Angie's list, but truthfully, they won't do justice to the work or splendor of their art!!! They did such an amazing job that I called them up & asked them to "finish it up" & do the N, W and South side of the house! Again, the same SUPER job!!! This company "rocks"! I will ask to have them back later this fall to put in some mulch & put me on their schedule for next SPRING! They are so nice and so easy to work with!!! "They price he quoted, $800, was less than the actual cost by several thousand dollars. Took when week to complete job. Mike and Phil had a lot of conversations about the color of the paint. Always punctual. Communication between contractor and customer was very poor. He would forget what we spoke about. I was talking more to the painters to get the job done."

"We attempted to have people do these repairs for several years, but none of the work done in the past solved the problem of deterioration, plus in the past, everyone was unreliable. Finally we had the good fortune to be introduced to Bruce at Silverwood Builders. He suggested a solution that is permanent, and best of all is even more attractive than the original doors. It wasn't inexpensive, but the work will never have to be redone, so this will save money and headaches in the long run, as well as making our home more attractive. The work was done promptly and professionally. Everyone we worked with was the best. There was one minor problem after installation, and it was solved within an hour or two. We couldn't be happier."
