We needed to move a Duke Electric service pole in the middle of our yard. Brian came out and not only walked me through the process but went above and beyond to come back out and take time to meet with Duke and over see the entire project for me.

Replaced only the failed (seized attic fan motors) parts saving me about 50%, no up sale or pressure for unnecessary upgrades for working parts like new humidistats & thermostats. I'm 52 years old and I've dealt with many contractors over the years. Brian was a joy to work with. I needed a junction box location moved for a replacement wall oven. He was able to fit the job into my schedule in a timely manner, so the oven installation would not be delayed. He also fixed some track lighting that had stopped working while he was here.
