He cleaned and sealed the concrete patio, power washed, replaced a few boards on the sides of the deck and used a semi-transparent stain the deck/bench seating/side boards. I made arrangements for them to come after work to give me an estimate for the work I wanted done and was pleasantly surprise that they went ahead and completed the work that evening.  I could not unlock my deadbolt without lifting up on the door handle to raise the door enough for it to slide open and it had become impossible to lift it enough to get it unlocked.  During a storm, the wind had knocked the lamp off of my light pole and it broke so I had purchased a new one but needed it installed.  The young man who came to do the estimate said he could do all the repairs.  He adjusted the door and locked and unlocked it several times to make sure it was working smoothly.  He then attached the new light fixture to the pole and hung my towel holder.  He was very pleasant, completed the work quickly and cleaned up when he was done.  My first experience with this company is excellent and I will definitely call them again for my next project.
