Our house is older and they made sure it was fixed appropriately. Dave, the owner communicated at each step and kept us informed and updated. Two of the employees were especially professional and skilled, Chad and John. We did this big remodel because we both just retired. We could not be more pleased as we plan on staying here. "This went about as well as you could expect.  He and his partner even helped me unload my old barn -- the really heavy stuff.  And they helped put it back in the new barn.  My caution to anyone considering a new mini-barn, make sure you know how it will be supported. We did have a difference about finishing around the barn since the ground had quite a variation.  We asked about lattice around it.  He was going to charge even more, but changed his mind.  Gratefully.  He came back and completed the job.  It all looks really nice.

"Barry Roach helped us address some issues an inspector found when we were selling our house. Since the sale was contingent on getting these issues resolved quickly, we really appreciated his prompt service, even in the dead of winter. He replaced some siding, repaired some loose/lost shingles, cleaned the exterior of out upstairs windows. He provided materials, and did a great job matching the siding (although he had to go to several places to find the right match). We would use him again."

At first, I hired Rick to do some repair work on the small platform deck at my rental property; he did such a great job that I hired him to repair the platform deck on my primary home as well. I could not be more pleased with the final product at both properties. At our primary home, I initially wanted an extension on our current deck. Rick quoted me a fair price and got to work. Upon pulling up a couple of boards, he noted that our baseboards were severely rotting and decaying quickly (Deck is maybe 12-15 years old) and so he quickly quoted what it would be to tear down and replace , he was able to make it work with his schedule and completed the project in 2 days. The new deck is amazing! I highly recommend Rick for any deck or carpentry needs that you may have. I referred him over to other family members. Rick is fast, fair, and efficient."

"The company responded quickly to my message. A tech came out and provided an estimate. We ended up changing a few things around but they were flexible. They were a little backed up so it took a few weeks to get on the schedule but all work was done in one day. The gentleman installed a new dog door into our 3rd bay so our dogs could get into the fenced in backyard. He also fixed some trim work that my dog had chewed on, installed hose racks and a new hose splitter on the side of the house. I had new patio chairs and one was missing the correct drill hole to assemble and he added the hole and assembled the chair. He was very helpful as I added a few of the items on the day he came. I would definitely hire them again for other projects! It was so nice to just have everything completed quickly and properly!"
