Jeff was extremely prompt in all communication. His estimate was thorough. He was careful to do exactly what we wanted done and knew the best way to do it. He cleaned up perfectly and followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. To top it off, Jeff is a nice person and easy to work with.

Jeff and his team did a great job. All of the items on my list were completed in a reasonable time frame and to my satisfaction. I didn't have all the necessary equipment, so Jeff went to local hardware store so that the job would be done that day. Price was very fair; and as a single woman I felt very comfortable with his work. And, on his way out the door, he realized it wasn't locking easily....so he just fixed that too. So nice!!

Jeff and his crew were awesome to work with. He communicated regularly, worked in a timely manner, set appropriate expectations and was really proud of the awesome job he did. He even hooked me up with a cleaning team who can come on a regular basis. I'm hoping the next project will be to build a desk in a closet space I have. Definitely will hire him again. You won't be disappointed with Jeff and his work.

Very well. I have used Zo construction for various jobs over the past 2 years. I have been very satisfied with their work, and feel they are reasonably priced. I would recommend them of handyman type work and any other jobs that they are able to do.

Jeff is the best! His workmanship was excellent, he was pleasant to work with, cleaned up after he was done with the new deck...planning to use Jeff for other projects around the house.

Zo Construction done a wonderful job. Repaired handrails on a wheelchair ramp painted. Tore down an overhang awning that’s been there for years. Cleaned up all the trash including trash around the yard and took it to the dump for me!!! Fantastic job as usual will always use as construction for my projects around my mansion. Thank you Zo Construction for Wonderful experience.

Fast and efficient work. They even cleaned up all the old fence and got rid of it. I even had a dead rose bush in the way and they even got rid of it for me! I am going to use them for more odds and ends that need done around my house.

Person was late every day for different reasons; damaged tile on floor cutting baseboard; had to do plumbing to connect to vanity but did not reinstall the on/off values on plumbing; put electric tape on plumbing; did not cut baseboard so that vanity would fit in place; had to hire someone else to fix baseboards, plumbing and mount vanity to wall. He was a very nice guy but his work ended up costing us more money & time at the end of the day. The job ended up not being able to be complete because one of drawers wouldn’t close so the backsplash was unable to be installed.
