He was a true professional and had it re-leveled quickly. He even took off and separetely re-leveled the double side doors to make them lock and open/close smoothly. (They had been sticking also.) I would definately hire again."

"C&A did a excellent job, they were cheaper than the other estimates I got. However I had no issues at all. I even got a stainless steel chase installed for the price most were charging for galvanized metal one's. I went with the stainless due to the fact it will last forever. C&A clean up nicely. I had 2 companies provide estimates but it was John's knowledge and manner that lead me to work with him. He was patient until we were ready to start and kept in contact. "I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $99.00 which was for only the walls of the room.  I decided to have the all of the other areas i.e. trim, doors, ceiling painted also and purchased the additional service from Protect and Preserve to be performed when the walls were painted.
Mr. Sperback and his team arrived at 8:00 am just as he said they would do.  He and his team were very courteous and professional.  Mr. Sperback confirmed the work that would be performed prior to beginning the job.
I am very happy with the result.  He and his team are very detail oriented.  Rather than taping around the door knob, they removed and reinstalled it after the door was painted.  The room was completely finished within about 4 hours.  They cleaned up everything prior to leaving so one would ever know anyone had been here to paint that day unless aware that I had it done then.
I am very pleased with the work Mr. Sperback and his team performed and am working with him to have other painting performed this summer.
I'd like to add that I had to reschedule the painting a couple of times.  Mr. Sperback was always understanding and willing to reschedule to another time.  I would highly recommend Paint and Preserve Painting to any one thinking of having any painting performed.

"Yesenia Lara is a great small company to work with. They removed our old flower garden wall and replaced it with new blocks. That was not easy because of the contour of the yard. But with a lot of thought they got it done. It looks professional. They removed the old vegetation and replaced it with dirt and mulch for the new flower garden. They put mulch around the front of the house, around a tree and Lilac Hedge. They planted a Japanese Maple and installed a pop-up drain. They are very thoughtful, professional and you can tell by the final outcome. Great Job. Thank-You."
