They did not leave a trace after completion, when going in and out they changed shoe pads each time. They also did a scrubbing in which they used a camera at the end of the brush to make sure they got it all cleaned out. They scrubbed and vacuumed every air duct and return. - Reliable Comfort Heating and Air ConditioningIt started out with Brian, he explained everything from what the company does to the refund policy. He explained all the different systems I could choose from and he tried to work within my budget. He was not a pushy salesman. He had me print out my bill from last year, so I could compare last years bill to this upcoming years to see the amount of money I saved. They had a testimonial book which even had negative comments about different systems. They were upfront and honest about their service and systems. Then Andy who is one of the owners, he came out for the pre-inspection before the installers came. He did the measurements and checked out everything. He was very pleasant. He asked multiple times where I wanted things to go to make sure I was happy about the placement of the system. Daniel and Nate came to install the systems. They were very courteous; they put booties on so they wouldn't track in dirt from going into the basement. They were never rude and answered all my questions. They explained everything step by step. The whole process just took a couple of days. He took time to explain the digital thermostat and made sure I completely understood how to work it. They gave me their cell phone numbers so if I have any problems I could call them and they would stop back by and show me how to use it. I would recommend them to anyone

He examined our existing heating/ac system and asked me to compute how much our electric bill was annually. (we are all electric home) I was able to see the increases and patterns in our seasonal usage. He asked me what I thought the problem was. He explained the company approach to installing the products and the rationale for same. We discussed solutions and outcomes. He was informative and answered all my questions about heating and cooling etc. It was an educational process. I felt he was sincere and interested in finding the best solution for me. Rather then try to quickly sell me a furnace he offered free testing of our home for efficiency and determine air leaks and any areas that might require additional attention to save money. Scott also gave me referrals for rebates, where to find them. He also recommended contacting my electric company to register for free energy weatherization program. Then he gave me brochures and information on choices for upgrades, etc. It was nice to hear that he could arrange financing as well. Turns out I could get a coupon for a free humidifier as well from the website. Scott and a couple of technicians came the next day and tested our home for air infiltration. I was very pleased with the whole process from a to z.. The biggest benefits for choosing Quality Heating: 1] Affordable prices and choices in products. 2] Knowledgeable and very professional. 3] Arranged financing with a low 5.9% interest rate. 4] Showed me how to apply for and save about $400 in rebates 5] Gave us a free humidifier 6] Referred me to a program that will perform free weatherization and insulation services 7] Very easy to deal with. It was refreshing to not feel like I was being hustled or oversold. I wholly recommend using these guys

"<p>The crew that they hired ran ventilation directly across the attic access so you could not get into the attic. When I reported it to the owner he came out himself and told me that crew no longer worked for him. He did have it re-routed at his expense. I would still definitely use them because we have used them for years. They were very reasonable putting in a new air conditioner and a new furnace. They were very helpful finding the rebate paperwork and tax incentives. That was definitely a weird crew, but they have always been topnotch. </p>
