Stanley Steemer

Stanley Steemer did not show up on the day that the cleaning was scheduled for. I called the corporate office and was told that they had a record of my call to schedule the cleaning but that they didn't know what happened. The rescheduled the cleaning. Their machine sucked up a tile from my bathroom floor. Additionally, they were not able to clean 5 inches around the perimeter of the floor in the bathrooms. They said that their machine doesn't get close enough to the baseboard. They came back to do that part by hand. They spent 9 minutes between the two bathrooms and did not succeed in cleaning the 5 inches around the perimeter of the bathroom floors. They will try to match and replace the tile that they could not retrieve from the machine. All of this has taken four days of visits to my house during which time I have had to leave work to meet them. As of this writing they have not replaced the tile.

They were supposed to charge me $ 150 for the parts of the room that I wanted cleaned which they did charge me.  Then they went ahead and treated it which was my fault since I gave them permission to as a result of which they charged me over $ 300.  I do not like them being high pressured and trying to sell all their services.  I felt so high pressured as though I was at an action bar.  I was mad at myself when I wrote them the check and also mad when they walked out of my door.  However, they did an excellent job.
