Pro Air Conditioning Plumbing & Electric

I have a contract with them. I spend $300 a year. They are very reliable. They seem to send over good people. They are also very courteous, knowledgeable, and they work expediently. I am very happy with them. The price is average. I would continue to use them in the future.

I buy and sell homes so I deal with many contractors and vendors. My home was inspected by a certified inspector and the coil was noted as dirty. Pro-air quoted two prices $375 for a pull and clean, $175 for a clean in place.  The home was inspected again after the cleaning and general service. The inspector stated the coil was in “almost the exact condition as the previous inspection”.  A second HVAC company gave a second opinion. Not only was coil still very dirty, he found a semi crushed return duct in the attic and the system more than a pound low on Freon. Pro-air service manager said it was my inspector’s word against the technicians but agreed to call the inspector and discuss his claim. I followed up exactly a week later with the service manager and was told he did not follow up with my inspector, he called my inspector a liar, he disputed my claim of the prices I had been initially given, he would not return my money and hung up on me. I immediately called back and left a note to the owner that his service manager hung up on me and said the owner could call me back if he wished. It’s been over a week and I have yet to get a reply from Pro-air. In order to provide a great home to my buyers, another HVAC company has been hired to correct the work Pro-air was paid to do. In my opinion, Pro-air conducts business more like Rookie-air and we don’t need this type of contractor conducting business in our neighborhood. The fact that I took the time to write this lengthy review should let other’s know the type of business they are and should steer clear.
