The crew that they hired ran ventilation directly across the attic access so you could not get into the attic. When I reported it to the owner he came out himself and told me that crew no longer worked for him. He did have it re-routed at his expense. I would still definitely use them because we have used them for years. They were very reasonable putting in a new air conditioner and a new furnace. They were very helpful finding the rebate paperwork and tax incentives. That was definitely a weird crew, but they have always been topnotch.
"[Member name removed], In reply to your review I would first like to say I am sorry you feel this way. We work hard to provide all of our customers with the highest level of service we can. Unfortunately we seem to have fallen short of doing so in this case. The Installer we had on site doing the installation was having serious health issues we were unaware of at the time. He has since passed away. We have taken care of the two problems you mentioned. The first the very same day of the installation and the other as soon as we were made aware of the situation. The equipment we installed is per the proposal you accepted and from what we understand from [Member name removed] the system is working well. The only issue I am aware of is some ice build-up on the exterior flue cap, that is due to the extreme temperatures. This hasn't caused any issue with operation of the unit. We intend to install a new cap when the weather allows us to. Once again I apologize for any inconvenience. The next time you are in for filters I would love talk this over and see what we can do to make it right by you. Sincerely, Scott E. Sullivan - Owner"
