Unfortunately, one sofa & the carpet were stained by ?, forcing me to seek a cleaner before our time at home had ended. I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean everything looked when Prestigious Carpet Care was finished - one of the stains was very dark, and there is only a very slight (1%?) discoloration now, only noticeable if you know where to look. "Chris told us on the phone before he got the job “if it can be gotten out I can get it out” and he was right! We purchased a pre owned dining room set that needed serious TLC on the chairs. Not only did he get the stains out but he revitalized the chairs. Our couch needed standard cleaning and he went above and beyond on that as well. He was great to work with and we will definitely hire Chris again."
