They did an exceptional job cleaning the carpets. Looked great when they were completed. Prompt, courteous and I would highly recommend them. They definitely have me as a future customer.

After being very pleased, last October, when Joe cleaned the carpet in the finished portion of my wife's and my basement delighted I requested another appointment, this one to clean our living room, dining room, hallway, and office carpets. Once again, I was delighted: Joe and his partner were very pleasant (I was not ready for them, when they arrived, and they kindly and patiently waited) and efficient, the result produced by their efforts was superb; they were able to remove several stains that I had assumed would challenge them. I appreciate that the products used do not harm the environment, dry rapidly, and have a minimal, pleasant scent, and I was grateful that Joe brought to me a new bottle of his excellent spot cleaner. Thank you, Joe!

Joe, the owner, and a member of his team cleaned the carpet in our basement and on the stairs from/to it this past week. They were punctual, efficient, professional, and personable, their work was excellent, and the price charged for their service was very good. I appreciate the cleaning method that they use, which conserves water (and, as a result, enables the cleaned carpet to dry much more rapidly than steam cleaning!) and uses products that are safe ecologically.

Based on the good reviews on Angie's List I called Joe and he was able to schedule me for the next day and gave me a price on the phone. He called in the morning and said they were running early and could they come 30 minutes early. Of course. He and his helper were extraordinarily professional and courteous. They were in and out in about one hour. The carpets look fantastic, probably the best they have ever looked. They use a low moisture process so the carpets dry quickly. All our spots are gone. Terrific result.

The service was quick, professional, and dried very fast! They were able to save several office chairs that had been in use for over 10 years. I expected to replace them and real green gave them life again! Residentially real green helps keep my carpets in tip top shape!

Joe showed up early, discussed the carpets and got to work. Charged me $10 more for a small hallway, but that was fine.

Everything was great. I scheduled weeks in advance, and they called me a few days before just to verify all was still good with the schedule (which was a great reminder!) They showed up right on time, went over the rooms I needed done and got to work. They were efficient and even shifted a couple of pieces for me that I wanted the carpet cleaned under. I have old pets so took advantage of the pet cleaning portion, but all in all everything was reasonable and best of all I didn't have to do it. They vacuumed before and after cleaning, and it only took a few hours to dry. The place smells great (though strong--though I know from having the service done last time and from them telling me that the strong smell dissipates over a few days.) I like that they use environmentally friendly stuff, especially because I have pets that lay right on the carpet and don't want harsh chemicals around them (or me!)

Cleaning went fine, we were very satisfied with the results. We suspected one area rug was too stained to clean completely but the results on that one were still good. Also, they just went ahead and cleaned a cushioned rocker for us that was not contracted but in the same room. We let everything thoroughly dry, but I don't remember it being all that damp anyway.

I have used this company several times and will again. Prompt, professional and does an outstanding job.
