My only suggestion is to contact them directly via phone. I do not know if they regularly check the email contact method via Angie's List. But if you call, they will call back promptly.
I was easily able to get an appointment for the day I requested and was given a one-hour time window for him to show up. The technician showed up within that time window. We discussed the services he would provide, and he started measuring the rooms (they charge by the square foot instead of by the more vague definition of "room" -- better, in my opinion, than getting surprised by a company that insists on your "hall" being a "room," or a larger area being called two "rooms"). He provided us with an estimate, including a discount for the fact that we moved most of the furniture ahead of time. We agreed on the price, and he immediately got to work and finished within a timely manner. When finished, he let us "inspect" the work, and he answered some questions that I had about the cleaning in general. He gave an estimated time for it to dry (and his estimate ended up being very accurate).
I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before submitting my review, because I've had carpets cleaned by other companies in the past that looked perfectly clean for the first few days after the cleaning...but the same old spots just crept back up through the fibers and the carpet would look dirty again after a few days. It's been two weeks after Spot-Free cleaned our carpets, and I've been very pleased with the way that everything still looks! They were more expensive than the previous "coupon" companies that I've used, but like I said, the quality was much better. The technician did make a point of telling me that they would return promptly to re-clean any spots in case I wasn't satisfied after a few days. I was very pleased and will use this company again in the future.
