"Did not have a good experience with Lowes flooring installation. They contract out the installation and our installation group did not have supervision and did not properly install plastic barriers to minimize dust impact of demo dust from pulling up old floor. We expected some dust but we ended up with a layer of heavy dust throughout our entire first floor. We had to bring in a cleaning crew the next day to simply get back to baseline and Lowes customer service was marginal at best. Would never contract with Lowes again for this type of project. Disappointing."

I let them know the next day about the film on windows. They planned to work it in the next week, but that didn't happen. Secondly they planned to come over the weekend, but that didn't happen. It has been 2 weeks since the original appointment and nothing has been done to clean the windows."
