Indy's Affordable Maintenance

Indy's Affordable Maintenance were good. When I had a problem with my dryer, he cleaned it and I never saw a man moved so fast. I recommend him, he's a good hard worker and affordable.

He did a wonderful job.

Off the charts service. I have used Angie's List many times and this is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review. Short of it is Mike delivered on everything you would want as a consumer. I will use him again if the need arises and would not hesitate to refer him to my friends and neighbors.

Mike was punctual. He was thorough in his work and very friendly. We asked him for advice on unrelated matters, and he not only offered advice but helped us with these other issues as well. He is clearly very experienced, and we will be calling him in the future for this and other home repairs.

We had had the original contractor who installed the A/C 2 years ago come out who said it was working fine. That night it was 80 degrees when we went to bed.. It was NOT working fine. I got on Angies's List and found Indy's Affordable Maintenance. Mike was here within 2 hours trying to figure it out. It appeared the a coil was not working, He took our warranty paperwork and said he'd be back. He did come back the afternoon of July 4th and found an obstruction and fixed it! A new coil would have been very expensive. He then came back yesterday afternoon and fixed the problem of the one room in our house that was not putting out much air or heat... he connected the ductwork! It appears we've been heating and cooling the crawl since the new unit was installed. I appreciate Mike and especially the fact he cared enough to figure it all out and not just sell us a new expensive coil. Highly recommended.

Very quick and smooth

A frost free spigot installed the previous year had burst inside the exterior wall creating a leak. Mike did the initial installation, and replaced the unit at no cost. He was again professional, reliable, personable, and shared information on other jobs honestly and practically. I'm already looking at more work for him!

Mike was on time and very informing. He explained how the unit works and what happened. He found the problem and fixed it right away. He had all the equipment and parts with him and did a great job. He also followed up several times to make sure his work was satisfactory. Very good follow up! I would recommend him again. Thanks Mike.

Everything went very well. He was very responsive and on time. He was at our home within two hours of calling him for same day service. He did a great job and then went to our second home (7 minutes away) to work on the unit there. He then returned to our primary home to double check on how the unit was cooling.

He did a great job and was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use his services again.

I'm typically the last person to call for a serviceman if there are any other options available, but the trust and credibility Mike has earned really do make me feel better about picking up the phone when I need to.

He's no magician, but he's close. and I don't see him as the type to take unsafe shortcuts that work long enough for the check to clear. He charges a very fair price, and communicates the available options very well.

He has treated my girlfriend and our daughter in law with respect, and has a sense of humor.

He was recommended by a friend, and I feel it's a moral obligation that I pass on information about such a great resource. I just hope everyone else treats him as well as he has treated us.

This morning, our heat pump's outdoor unit went out with a bang, literally. Mike Rabb of Indy's Affordable Maintenance was doing an A/C installation nearby but still came out today to fix the problem, a blown capacitor. Super service on a hot busy day with short notice! He also cleaned the coils and gave us valuable maintenance tips.

Very well. Problems fixed and did not re-occur.

My frost free silcock was not functioning, which meant I had no exterior water access through all of last year's dry hot fall. As spring approached, I remembered to call Mike Rabb, who did a quick recharge of our AC system last summer. The job was quick and proved all the ways I might have screwed it up. He's very personable, and casual, which I prefer in a service person. He's had experience with jobs on a wide scale, but is still a good fit for smaller jobs.
