I am overall satisfied with Whetstone. His price is very reasonable.

I lost my regular lawn mower Saw Whetstone guy mowing my neighbor's yard and asked him for a price to do mine. We agreed and he started mowing. Happy with him and his guys.

After a thunderstorm the night before we awoke to find half of one of our bradford pear trees strewn across the driveway. After cursing ourselves for not remembering to have the tree thinned out this year, we called Dan Gable at Whetstone to see if he could haul away the debris. He immediately returned our call, provided an estimate and arrived as scheduled to take care of the job. We had used Dan before to haul away leaves and once again he was a joy to work with!

I liked that he returned my calls even when it was late in the season. My neighbor and I hired him and he gave us a good price. He's been very reliable and he is considerate. He has been professional, yet friendly.

I finally got around to raking the leaves in our yard and had no way to dispose of them all. I called and left a message for Dan. Even though it was past 6pm he called me back within 10 minutes. He quoted a price and promised to arrive the next day at 10:30am. Dan was on time and after completing the work asked me to confirm that the job was completed to my satisfaction. He also provided a quote to clean the gutters on our home. Dan was very courteous and professional.

We were not home when Dan did the work; however, he came when he said he would and did a great job. His services were slightly more expensive than others, but well worth it. Whetstone gets an unqualified recommendation!

Everything was done on time. He worked very hard. When he returned this spring one of the trees didn't make it through the winter and he replaced it without charge. This was a small blue spruce. I plan to use him again next year.

Mr. Gable is available to talk on the phone or person to person. He is also President of the company. He is a real find.

I called Dan to see if he was available. He then came out and gave me an estimate. He lowered the price for me when I said I couldn't afford it. He said he would be out next week, but he came two days later (before the snow and rain hit). He worked into the night and was extremely nice. Not only did he respond to me quickly, but he worked me in to his already busy schedule. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking for a professional, honest, hardworking landscaper.

This was the first time that I have used this provider. Dan was very helpful and did a great job. I was very pleased with the work.

They were on time, had fair prices. They worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner.

We are very pleased, and will continue using whetstone.
