They were great to work with. Most people have Rainbow play sets and don't have a problem finding installers but we preferred ChildLife and found Hoops & Ladders. They weren't close, but were very willing to come and reinstall our system at move-in. They worked in the rain (!) to make sure our kids would have their swing set. They replaced bolts that in their opinion needed replacing, which was above expectations. Finally, we later purchased another swing for our swing set and they drove it to our house (saying they'd be in the area and it was no problem) rather than ship it or have us come to the store. We can't say enough about these men and their business. Highly recommend.

BRENT IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNOWS HIS PRODUCT IS QUALITY AND PRICED HIGHER THAN OTHER PRODUCTS. HE WAS HELPFUL IN KNOWING WHERE TO PLACE THE GOAL ON THE DRIVEWAY.

WE HAD A SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE AND BRENT WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. HE DID EVERYTHING TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR US TO HAVE A BASKETBALL GOAL INSTALLED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT HOOPS & LADDER PROVIDED WAS WONDERFUL!!! BRENT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE OUR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE WORK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO EVERYONE!!!

IT WAS REALLY POSITIVE, OVERALL. BRENT, THE OWNER, IS THE PERSON YOU DEAL WITH. HE IS NICE AND IS NOT PUSHY. HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT. HE HAD IT INSTALLED WHEN HE SAID IT WOULD BE. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR GLIDER, AND HE REPLACED IT, WITH NO TROUBLE. WE ARE WAITING ON THE SPECIFIC COLOR OF CANOPY WHICH HAD TO BE ORDERED. HE DID INSTALL A CANOPY TEMPORARILY UNTIL OUR CANOPY COMES IN.
