They were fantastic! Arrived on time; cleaned up afterwards. Put everything back as they found it. Very quiet and respectful (I work from home). The finished product was excellent!!!

5+ Room Interior Painting or Staining
The painters did a great job especially with the woodwork and window interiors. Even though my plan was to repaint and then replace the carpeting, the painters treated the carpets as if they were not going to be replaced. They did a very professional job.

Excellent experience throughout this project which included - painting kitchen cabinets, bead board surround, trim - and interior walls of small bedroom closet. The Painter 1 Team works well together - manager, office, & Painters - resulting in quality work that more than met my expectations. The Painters were excellent - high quality work, sense of priority, attention to details, on-time, pleasant, hard / smart workers - cleaned up area once done I would highly recommend !

5+ Room Interior Painting or Staining
Sheila and Misty were absolutely perfect! They are excellent representatives for Painter1. During my initial conversation with Gene, it was great. However, when I followed up for scheduling, although the contract states **tentative**, Gene called me in less than 24 hours prior to wanting to start my project, when he initially told me the week prior, that the job would NOT start on Monday, May 3rd. His approach was NOT customer-focused. It was all about HIS convenience, which REALLY turned me off. I am just now giving feedback about the paint job so that I could give an honest and fair assessment. The value I received WAS NOT worth what I paid. The paint color, walls, trim, and doors were perfect. The guys were neat and cleaned up after they were done. However, in my living room, during sunny days, you can see where my ceiling is trimmed and framed in semi-gloss paint, which was only reserved for the walls. The ceiling was to be flat. The ceilings in my hallway, kitchen and living room around the light fixtures and ceiling fan were not painted. The kitchen window frame was glossed over with uneven brushstrokes of paint just slapped on. The flaws and missteps are very apparent in the sunlight. Also, the project was to begin at 8 am. However, it took 1.5 hours for the project manager to return with the paint. On day 2, the job was not started until 10:30, again, it was supposed to begin at 8 am. And regarding customer service, Gene still has not contacted me with an offer to correct the problems and the unfinished work. I sent this same feedback to him a week ago. For the amount I paid, customer service, and the unfinished and sloppy ceiling paintwork was NOT worth it.

"We are surprised and saddened by your review of your project that was completed on 5/4 and this is the first we are hearing about this. When you book a project with Painter1 you receive a "Tenative Start Date for the Week of ...." When you booked your project on 4/7 for the week of 5/3 it is impossible to know all the changes to projects and weather ahead of yours that can push or pull projects ahead of yours and your date. When we spoke with you on 4/30 regarding your project starting the next week you argued that you were prepared for us and demanded we start on Monday and we explained that unfortunately we could not guarantee Monday because the crew we had slated for your project still had one project in front of your that needed to be completed. However we would see what we could do to move some things around and would reach out to you as soon as we could confirm your start date. In an effort to satisfy your request to start Monday, we moved some crews around, called you on 5/2 to notify you we were successful and promptly arrived on 5/3 to begin your project. *1.5 hours to go get the paint. We do not purchase the paint until the day we start because most clients are still choosing color. As was in your case because we helped you choose a shade of White for your home. Monday's are a very busy day at the paint store and the crew has to wait for the store to make the paint plus travel time to and from the store. When we completed your project on 5/4 and completed your walkthrough of the project prior to you settling up with us, you did nothing but rave about how wonderful the project went and how satisfied you were. In fact, you were so satisfied, we sent you a Good Retention link (which does expire) to leave us a review before we left. You have communicated with us in the past both via phone and text, which we have not received any phone calls, texts, or emails from you. We will be happy to reach out and send the crew back out to complete any touch ups you may have found since we left (fix semigloss around perimeter of your ceiling to flat, touch up around light fixtures/fans, and repaint your window frame.)"

Was very happy with the quality and results of the painting done. That said we did have a problem. While the painters were working I stayed in my office at the end of the house and my wife stayed in the basement doing work to give the painters freedom of traffic. In the kitchen on a counter I keep my wallet and checkbook, the next day getting ready to go to the store I checked my wallet and all my money was missing, $180.00. I contacted Painter 1 who were shocked and supported anything I wanted to do. As I total them since I didn't see it happen I didn't think I could prove in 100%. Painter 1 emailed me that they had quit using these people as of now. Yes hired this company for quality work, but keep an eye on workers, as I should have.
