It happened 2 days before Christmas, and Hope, was super responsive and helpful to get the job done, as there were some challenges, due to winter with extenuating weather circumstances. They went above and beyond helping to keep my neighbors updated as my line required use of a mutually shared alley. Since then they have also installed a new water heater and water softener. "Ed and his crew came out to figure out where my problem was with my sewer line. They had to dig up the sewer line to find out why it was backing up. Once they were able to see the pipe we discovered that one of the utility lines had drilled their cable line through my sewer line causing me the problem. Ed called out the correct officials to determine who was responsible so that I would be able to file a claim for his services. We determined that it was in fact connected to ATand T. I'm still waiting to hear from someone at ATand T in the claims department. However, Ed and his crew did a GREAT job in a desperate time of need. They cut out the bad part of the pipe and replaced it with new. It's running like a champ! Ed also did a great job of taking pictures for me to have to be able to show ATand T if tey had any questions.
