Travis was great to work with and got the work done in a timely manner.

They were good, very professional, they were on time and I will definitely reused them.

Great experience except for some miscommunication on a small soffit/fascia situation. I would still recommend Eads and already have. The actual roof job was a 5 star.

We reached out to Eads after experiencing hail damage from a spring storm. They initially told us they would address everything...roof, gutters/downspouts, exterior wood trim, siding, etc. We got the roof under contract right away and they were out about a month or so later to install the new roof. They completed the roof in a day and it looks great. The crew was kind and courteous and cleaned up afterwards. That was the good part. Now the bad. After the roof was installed we noticed nail pops all over the upstairs of our house that werent there before. Some pushing out holes in the ceiling and walls. Their QC guy came out about a week later to inspect the work. We showed him the nail pops and he said they would fix them. Never heard from them again despite numerous follow-up e-mails and phone calls. As far as the other work goes...siding, gutters/downspouts, wood trim, etc....again tried reaching out to them by phone and e-mail several times to see if we could get the work scheduled. Never responded. We finally decided we would just look elsewhere to get the other work done and I would fix the nail pops myself. Even getting our final invoice paid was a challenge. This was honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our project manager was terrible and it didnt get any better beyond him. We are all busy with our jobs but is it too much to take a few minutes out of your day just to respond to somebody and let them know whats going on? We would have appreciated just a simple e-mail saying.. **Hey just checking in to see if you need anything and to let you know whats going on** Will never use them again and have/will share our experience with family/friends.

The project took a while due to insurance delays. The price was higher than expected but very good job was done.

I looked into a few different roofers at the time. I actually initially hired someone else, but they gave me the run around and wouldn't be patient and answer my questions. I ended up hiring Eeds instead, they were patient, answered my questions, calls, and even remembered me months after I hired them. The price was about what all my other estimates were, so that was reasonable. They completed my 1200sq ft home in a day, it looks much nicer!

Very professional

Eads Roofing did a great job. We had four companies give estimates. Although Eads was not the least expensive, they are the only ones who properly identified the problems causing wood to rot. Corey Casper, who managed the project, explained it clearly and spelled out the options. When it came time for the job, it was done quickly and with high quality. They did a great job matching the gutter color to our existing paint, and we're very happy with the quality of both the woodwork and the replacement gutters. The price was fair for the work done. Overall, we were very happy with Eads Roofing's work, and we'd hire them again.

Clayton inspected my roof. He was friendly and punctual. Took the time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. I loved his honesty. There was a hail storm in the area and he checked out my roof and told me it didn't need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty. He even checked out my neighbor's roof while he was in the neighborhood. Other companies probably would've taken advantage of the fact that I know nothing about roofing and told me I needed a new roof when I didn't.... I like that Clayton had my best interest in mind and was HONEST about what I needed. It's hard to find a good honest business owner and you have that with Eads Roofing for sure! A++++

The company representatives were always very professional. The day they came to do our roof they had trouble with one of their trucks. They got there a couple hours late and still finished the job in one day.

The tech seemed very knowledgeable and was quite courteous.

Clayton was very professional, personable, and punctual. Met with insurance adjustor on day of inspection - and asked pertinent questions I would have had no idea to ask. All paper work, quotes, shingle selection transitioned very well. Clayton was on-site the day of project. His crew was punctual, professional, attentive to detail and did an over-all awesome job. I am planning on having trim painted before winter and have every intention of hiring Clayton again. Eads was very professional. They were flexible with scheduling appointments and their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend.

During a terrible storm through the Broad Ripple area, my neighbors tree fell on our fence, roof, and deck. Clayton was extremely helpful. Right after the storm, he was in our area helping people move limbs from blocked roads and driveways. There was a ton of damage in broad ripple, and I'm sure he was busy with many others. He was prompt was our quote and completing our repairs. If something like this were to happen again, I would definitely use Clayton.
