"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road.
