"Everything went fine. It was my son's home and he had moved so I got kind of stuck doing it. So they came out and checked it out. They checked the pump and serviced it and just did like a tuneup thing. But everything was okay. We did have the well tested to make sure that the water was good. They were great. I thought they were reasonable for what they did, just the peace of mind knowing that everything was okay. So I was very happy with it. They came within a week or less, which was fine because we didn't have an urgent situation, nobody was living there. So the schedule they set was fine for us. They probably had more urgent matters ahead of us because we were not urgent. They scheduled it and they were there when they said they would be. I think they were there on time because my husband probably wouldn't have waited around."

Showed me drain test and what work had to be done under the old tub. Installed the new shower and checked with me on placement of the seat, grab bars and shelfs. Finished in good time and cleaned up. "The job started as a bathroom remodel with just changing tile. After the tile was removed water damage was found and the job went from remodel to rebuild! Tom brought in additional crew to help out and keep things moving along. The guys were very precise and made sure that tile and other things were installed exactly how you wanted.
