"I had a sump pump installed (fall 2022), along with drainage channels and a moisture barrier in one of corner of my basement. The sump pump has a battery backup system too. Install was done very professionally. They worked with me to finance the project through a 0% loan which was a nice feature. There was an issue in spring of 2023. They came promptly, diagnosed a bad pump and replaced free of charge. Recently the pump alarm kept going off intermittently. Got a repair tech scheduled to come out same week. He found a issue with how the alarm was placed and replaced that part. Both times that I had issues, thetechs were very knowledgeable and informed me further about how the system works. I would highly recommend this company for water issues."

"By February 2012, less than a year after installation, I begin to have problems. So I called Mt Everest, and they come and fix things here and there, and I don't think much of it because other than the inconvenience of occasionally being too hot, it's not costing me too much money. =) Here are some of the receipts I could find... Mt. Everest - 2/16/12 - $194.12 Mt. Everest - 2/17/12 - $0.00 Mt. Everest - 2/18/12 - $0.00 --new company name-- Tiger - 1/22/13 - $210.00 (Became Club Member) Tiger - 8/16/13 - $0.00 Tiger - 5/16/14 - $0.00 (Waived/Warranty) Fast forward to October 2015, a little over four years after installation, I have a coolant leak somewhere that can't seem to get fixed, and Tiger has to keep recharging my "closed" system... the only difference is now I have to start paying for this service. (I guess Freon is expensive.) I start to panic because my family is undergoing financial hardships, and whatever money I once had went toward the air conditioner I purchased four years earlier. Thankfully, Tiger works with me on this, and I am grateful. However, they warn me that I will need to have the evaporator coils (???) changed out. EEEK! At this point, I am already $10,000 (plus) into this system, it is only four years old, and it is having major problems. Again, I have no money left, so I'm talking to lawyers, because from what I can understand from Tiger, it's a manufacturing defect, and now I have to pay Tiger tons of money (that I don't have) to fix something that shouldn't even be broken yet. (Warrenty still covered parts, but not labor.) Thankfully, Tiger comes through for me and I refrain from possibly taking legal action against manufacturers. On October 23rd, 2015, the coil gets swapped out. The technician thinks there might still be a leak somewhere, but nothing really comes of it. The parts are covered under warranty, Tiger is kind enough to waive the fee for labor. * * * * * The above gives Tiger five stars. I seriously had no money to pay them. I would have had to get a loan from somewhere. ...but... It is now July 18th, 2016, not even a year has passed since the installation of a new coil, and it is 74* in my house... I have the thermostat set at 70*. The temp coming out of the vents is around 68* - according to my meat thermostat. I have called Tiger, and we have an appointment for tomorrow. I fear that Tiger is going to tell me that I will need a recharged -- or new coils -- and I will have to pay them for service with money I still don't have. I'm praying everything still falls under a warranty. Pray for me, you all. I'll come update after my appointment and let you all know how it went. <3"

"The provider was extremely professional.  He did two chimney's although I had originally only indicated service for 1 as well as did the tuck pointing for the one fireplace. 
He walked me through in detailed all of the steps and reviewed with me all of the changes that they made and the service and additional costs were clearly indicated prior to work being completed. 
After cleaning the chimney they clean up their mess and the one chimney that was in the basement had concrete dust from a sump pump I had put in and they cleaned that up too. 
Additionally, he went back and corrected something he did not find to his standard even though I don't know that I would have noticed. 
I would definitely recommended him to others.

"Smooth as could be from call to completion.  For $279 (Angie's List deal) they came in and reglazed our nasty old tub to a sparkling white new finish.  It was fast, too. Our old tub had been flaking and chipping - it looks BRAND NEW.  The one note of caution that I would say is the smell is AWFUL.  Thankfully, we have an attic fan and a bathroom fan.  It took about 2-3 days before going into the bathroom didn't knock you out. :)  The installer cautioned not to use bathmats on the tub anymore, since they could suction up the coating I guess.  There are options for non-slip aids though.

We discussed the problem I was having, and they gave me several ideas to try to get my A/C unit running properly before actually coming to take a look. "We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result.
