hello i am john and i am the owner of the company i want to tell you that am the guy that does the work , so no subcontracting ( i am not going to take your money and send some one else in to your home to do the work). Short version , i will treat your house like i would treat my own , that will include in some situations i will advise you to go with a different suggestion than the one you have in mind , if that will improve the quality of the project. From my experience every option needs to be explained to the customer in detail , in order to reach the best possible outcome that will accommodate your budget and the structural design of the project . Some times because of the nature of existing structure in the house ( like sub floor material , room size , light intensity etc , or if is an apt were the condominium association has their own set of rules in regards with what kind of work can be done in the unit ) we may have to work a lot with the customers in order to find the perfect solution that will bring the desired look . So communication and trust are needed to achieve the end goal..

"We initially had Ioan (John) refinish hardwood floors in our 1960's ranch. He was creative in finding a solution for a transition between the wood floor and tile floor. Fast-forward 6 years, and our "scary" basement stairs demanded a re-do. They were covered in ceramic tile, cracked often, and were narrow, dangerous and slippery. I called Ioan on a Tuesday, he inspected the stairs on Thursday, and by Monday, demolition began. He worked diligently for 2.5 days, and the finished product is beautiful!
