Ryno Custom Flooring

Ryno Custom Flooring was fantastic. The installation of my floors was a bit unique in that we had a lot of issues with subfloor prep that had to be taken care of due to a former homeowner who was a bit overzealous with some thin set when putting in the former ceramic tile floors. Ryan and his team were great at helping out and advising me how ai might be able to take up this thinset in order to save myself a bit of money rather than having his team do it. When subfloor prep was finally finished, Ryan's crew came out and did an amazing job installing the floor (living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, etc). It looks fantastic, the floor is racked very nicely, they put a nice surround by the fireplace, and installed flush mounted vents as well. They also purchased baseboard trim I had seen from Home Depot and installed it, which also looks great. throughout the process, Ryan and his crew were awesome. They were professional, punctual, and did excellent work at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone Ina heartbeat!

Even though it was a small scope of work, Ryno Flooring stepped-up and provided the service at a reasonable price. The work was professionally done by very competent and friendly floor technicians who arrived on-time as promised. I would recommend Ryno Flooring as well as use them in the future for my hardwood flooring needs!!!

Ryno Floors and Ryan Urbanski set the bar for what great customer service looks like.We recently used Ryan for a large refinishing job, which went off exactly as he promised it would, for the price quoted, and was finished early due to his desire to help us move into our new home a bit earlier than expected. As I had many questions in the quote process, Ryan was both responsive and very patient. Tis certainly impressed me, as I understood how busy his schedule has become due to his great work, but he never made us feel rushed. The end result and advice throughout was what set Ryan apart however.... You expect good work, but his attention to detail, subtle but very useful suggestions, and communication during and after the job was excellent. We now have a floor that is exactly what we envisioned, and I have referred RYNO to members ofmy family and many close friends.

It looks perfect, it looks like new floors. They're just the kind of people that you want in my house. The week they were here both of my dogs died and they felt bad for me and told me they would say a prayer for me. They were just very nice. I got a new dog and they loved him and took pictures with him. They were just very pleasant people.
