During the cleaning I was approached by one of their employees who indicated that a concrete resurfacing and sealing was needed underneath one of my gutter spouts. Due to the fact that I (like many of you) believed in their reviews, I had no reason to distrust this representative of the company. The employee (Cristobal Flores) quoted me a total price of $1600 for the job. To my dismay, this guy never completed the job, and I have not heard back after making NUMEROUS attempts at retrieving my money back. The owner has acknowledge this fraudulent act, and refuses to make this situation right. He denies that Flores works for his company, but admits he was "helping out" that day. Sounds like an employee to me! This business does not back their customers. Instead, allows their employees to side-hustle the customers, and we are left out to dry with no concerns of this victimization. More time is actually spent attempting to reverse negative reviews, when it seems that they are extremely warranted. BEWARE!"

"Punctuality was an issue. They tried to defer to the following day but did finally arrive on the scheduled date after a delay of 6 hours. I had to telephone to discover the delay after they did not arrive at the scheduled time. My primary complaint is that they did considerable damage to my home. Chemicals spilled on the couch, dirty sports from liquid dripping onto the carpet and a damaged wood window blind. The employee moved the blind so aggressively that the mechanism was damaged. Eventually, they took the blind back to their office for repair. It took almost two weeks before the blind was returned repaired with glue - clearly a temporary fix - and the cords were shortened so that the blind no longer covers the full length of the window. I have asked and they agreed to replace the blind. They were given measurements and photos for color matching three different times. Most recently I was told a replacement would be purchased and I would be contacted within 24 hours to make an appointment for the installation. I was able to get this far in the process by making numerous telephone calls and having conversations with management. It has now been almost a week since the replacement was promised and I have yet to hear from them. This has been a 3 week saga and I do not believe they intend to do anything to repair the damage to my home caused by their employee. Do not use this company if you value your home. It is not worth getting an Angie's deal on price to sustain this type of damage and try to deal with a company that does not make good on the damage."

It's how I came about the referral - as well as their Facebook ads. Not sure if they bit off more than they could chew, but communication has been awful if not non-existent. The home visit seemed great! But I had to email them for the quote afterwords. Then a visit to the showroom a month later was dirty, plant dirt lying around, no bathroom available to the customers, giant weeds outside of the building they purchased. If you're presenting yourself as professional contractors, appearance of a showroom where you host customers is a reflection of your work. I didn't hear from them in over 4 wks. I emailed & was met with an excuse & zero delivery of promise for final proposal. We are taking our business elsewhere. We just wasted 3 months for nothing."
