"My first experience with Pavercare told me that we would be life long customers! We have a 1,200 square foot patio of concreate with brick insets. Prior contractors we had used didn't do any better than we had on our own using bleach and our powerwasher. The gentleman that arrived, Gaspar, was punctual, kind, and professional. Not only did he perform the service but also pulled out weeds along our patio that I hadn't had a chance to get to. Our patio never looked better... he literally made the concrete and brick look new! Not only did he do the cleaning, but also set our patio back up (we had moved our grill, table, chairs out of his way)! Talk about service above and beyond! The final touch was that he closed our gate to our backyard when he left... might not seem like much, but you'd be surprised how many contractors just leave and don't bother to close a gate...
The price was literally half of what we had been charged by other so-called concrete professionals. I will definitely use Pavercare again and again!
"I would like to say that we would use GF Company in the future. The Positive: The sales representative, Ken Jr., was astounding. His knowledge of his field was excellent and I enjoyed talking with him. He was also very thorough with his estimate and writing down in great detail what we wanted to have done. I hope we get him as our sales representative when it is time to do our roof or our windows. The work was done exactly as Ken Jr. had written on the estimate. For the most part the work matches the current look of the shed and it has already filled the water barrel. The Negatives: It was difficult to communicate with GF Company. We had originally received a quote from Rick a year before the work was done and we contacted GF Company many times to speak with him about getting the work done, but none of our phone calls were returned. Finally we asked for someone new and we got Ken Jr. sent to us. After we paid our half-down deposit, we were told that we would get a call in about three weeks to find a date for the work to be done. After about 5 weeks we tried contacting GF Company. One phone call had us speaking with a lady on the phone who said that someone would call us back soon, but that never happened. We never received a call to tell us when the work would be done as we wanted to have someone home to make sure things were done to our specifications. Several days after our phone call was not returned, we received a text message from our neighbor telling us that someone was doing work on our property, but my wife and I were both at work and by time we got home the work was done. Since Ken Jr. did such a great job with writing down what we wanted, we did not have any issues with what was done. It appears that one of the items created on site for our downspout on the shed was likely spray painted on site. The paint job has already faded, but we can find some paint to paint it again. Overall, it sounds like we had a bad experience, but we did not. The work that was done was done well and the sales representative we worked with was very knowledgeable. We would use GF Company again and recommend them, but encourage folks to have patience with communication. "

"I had Roof-to-Deck Restorations clean and stain my wooden deck this spring. I have used them previously and have always been happy with the results. The work is excellent and they have never left a mess. They are very easy to work with as all I have to do is clear the deck of all furniture and send them a check. They do all the rest and I dont have to be home when the work is done. They performed the service in two sessions. One to clean the deck and one to stain it. They have to schedule around weather so the two sessions were about two weeks apart. When they were done they left a bottle of extra stain to remedy tough spots but I have never needed to use it. Overall they perform a good service for reasonable cost. I will use them again. "
