"Noe showed up immediately, no questions asked and did service at reasonable price, cleaned gutters, and the downspouts completely at a time in which we had overflowing gutters and water in the basement. He was communicative, clean, and I look forward to long relationship with him and his company."

"My first experience with Pavercare told me that we would be life long customers!
We have a 1,200 square foot patio of concreate with brick insets.  Prior contractors we had used didn't do any better than we had on our own using bleach and our powerwasher.
The gentleman that arrived, Gaspar, was punctual, kind, and professional.  Not only did he perform the service but also pulled out weeds along our patio that I hadn't had a chance to get to.  Our patio never looked better... he literally made the concrete and brick look new!
Not only did he do the cleaning, but also set our patio back up (we had moved our grill, table, chairs out of his way)!  Talk about service above and beyond!
The final touch was that he closed our gate to our backyard when he left... might not seem like much, but you'd be surprised how many contractors just leave and don't bother to close a gate...

The price was literally half of what we had been charged by other so-called concrete professionals.
I will definitely use Pavercare again and again!

"I called to set up an appointment for someone to come out and give me a quote for siding and roofing for the garage, and siding for the home. Anna answered and took all my info. She had no idea where I was located, or any of the other suburbs I mentioned that where around. In a day and age where you can do a Goggle search for anything, I was surprised she was so baffled on where I lived. She was not sure if they serviced my area or not, and said she will need to talk to Mr. Hansen and that she will call me back. I expected a call the same day. Nope. She called the next day saying she wanted to set up the appointment for Mr. Hansen to come out. She never acknowledge if they will serviced my area or not. The date she wanted to set up I was not available. Due to how far I work, I couldn't do afternoon appointments either. I told her I would be available next Wednesday morning. She set up appointment from 10am-11am for that Wednesday. Then she commented on how far the drive would be. It worried me when Anna mentioned that it was long drive. I felt like I was inconveniencing them because I lived farther away. This is where I started getting bad vibes. Anna then processed to tell me since it was all exterior work, if Mr. Hansen could come when I was not there and take pictures and talk over the phone about project. I told I was flexible and if they wanted to do that it was fine. She then told me that she will call back and let me know if Mr. Hansen was going to do that or come to the appointment. Needless to say, I never got a phone call back. Wednesday comes by and Anna calls me and leaves a message that Mr. Hansen can't make it out due to a roof emergency. I had feeling they wouldn't come since I never got a phone call confirming the appointment. Regardless if it was true or not, I can't say, it just seems that they really don't do too much work out of the city, which is fine and understandable, but be upfront and tell me, "We don't service your area." Please call me back when you say you will. That's all I ask. I am in the service business too, so I tend to be more forgiving than most customer but I am tired of companies not communicating properly. They don't deserve an F, but for me it is straight C's. Fair. Most people are not looking for Fair service... I can't comment on their workmanship. I never made it that far."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.

Your pro will most likely bill you at an hourly rate of $50 to $80 per hour to sandblast a door due to its small size. This type of job won't take long, so if you have other surfaces that need cleaning, schedule those tasks at the same time to get your money's worth from your pro's visit.

Costs depend on paint type, surface condition, labor, and required prep work for repainting.

Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.

There are two ways sandblasting could be dangerous: improper use of the equipment so that the stream touches your skin, and air particles created during the sandblasting process. While the first is easier to avoid and fairly obvious, the second has the potential to be more serious and is much more difficult to understand. This is why you should always hire a pro to sandblast, as they understand the dangers associated with the process. If proper safety measures are taken, then sandblasting is rarely dangerous.
