"Overall, a good experience but it was not perfect. The 3 month project went for almost 4 months with one call back on tile work. The additional time was due to some extra work - they accidentally hit a water line and we had water run on the inside of the walls and end up in our basement ceiling. It was an accident and they were responsive and fixed anything that was affected. Relative to other contractors, they are solid."

"I can't say enough about these guys and wish I hadn't lost their contact information for a time. About 8 years ago, I had Sal and his guys do the finish work on my basement drywall that I hung. They also hung some drywall in the stairway going to the basement. Initially, they hung the soffit incorrectly but it was just a communication issue. I called Sal, he took a look and they came back and re-did it right away without hesitation. Their work has lasted this long without any problems. I started another remodeling project in my family room and needed a ceiling hung and finished, along with finishing some walls I had hung. Unfortunately, I had lost the contact information for Sal so I had to find another company. Long story short, this other company did an absolutely terrible job (Do not use NoticeTMA LLC for any drywall!). The family room adjoins the kitchen, and I had taken a wall down between them. I decided to carry the remodel over into the kitchen, and when it was time to hang the ceiling in the kitchen, I had found the old invoice from High Quality Painting and decided to see if they were still around. I am glad I did. Sal's son's came out to give me an estimate on my kitchen ceiling and also to repair the bad work in my family room. I decided to remove the new ceiling in the family room and have them do the whole thing. Their price was very competitive and everything turned out great. The old job didn't last 4 days without cracking. Luis' job has been up for a month now and there are no issues (and I am a very picky customer). I would highly recommend them for drywall hanging, finishing and repair."

"As usual Jody and Terry did a great job. We needed our kitchen, powder room, utility room and back hallway updated. The guidance they gave us with regards to picking everything out, where to go, etc. made everything go smoothly. We got new granite counter tops, under-cabinet lighting, and under-mount stainless steel sink in the kitchen. We had new floors put in the back entry way, utility room and powder room. They put in new vanities and painted too. They arrived every day promptly, were very professional and courteous. They even fixed and dealt with some funky issues we had because of the way the house was built and unhandy work of previous homeowners."

"We were very pleased with the results of this work.  The work was done a few months ago and I initially decided to wait a few weeks before submitting a review to see if any issues arose.  That the few weeks turned into a few months was due solely to my procrastination and not to any major problems.  A couple of minor matters came up early on and these were handled by Mark or one of his guys almost instantly and without drama.
The job included a complete remodel of everything except the two vanities, though one vanity top was replaced with granite.  We were responsible for purchasing the minor fixtures (including faucets, shower heads, towel bars, new cabinet pulls and knobs) as well as the new ceramic tile for the floors, shower stall floor, and tub and shower stall walls.  Mark accompanied us to purchase these fixtures as well as those included in the contract price (e.g., tub, medicine cabinets, toilets, light fixtures, exhaust fans, etc).  We liked that we could have some input into selection of some of the items he supplied rather than just having to accept "standard" items.  He made no attempt to steer us to the cheapest options for the items he included in the contract.  He gave us specs for purchase of the tiles and suggested three suppliers in our area.  He offered to accompany us for these purchases also, but we felt we had this in hand by ourselves.
He was able to start the work a couple of weeks after we agreed to the proposal and put down the deposit.  Once started, his guys worked without interruption other than taking Sundays off.  They kept the work area as clean as one could reasonably expect given the type of work involved and they always cleaned up at the end of the day.
 Since we did not previously have exhaust fans, the work included running duct work to the outside plus some additional electrical work rather than a simple replacement in kind.  Several recessed lighting fixtures (included in the contract price) were installed and made a big difference both in utility an appearance. Finally, all walls, ceilings, and the wooden vanity surfaces were painted (This involved some wallpaper removal.).  Removal of all debris was covered in the contract.
I would like to highlight the work on the shower stall which is in the smaller bathroom that lacks a tub.  Previously, the stall was dark and almost claustrophobic.  He was able to remove part of a non load bearing wall and a soffit over the existing shower door.  These sections as well as the door were replaced with thick tempered glass.  This had a dramatic effect and seemed to open up the entire room as well as the stall itself.
As to cost, we had gotten three estimates.  All differed somewhat with respect to what was included.  One was much higher than the other two and didn't seem to offer anything to justify the higher cost.  Because of the differences in what was included, we cannot be sure which of the other two would be higher or lower.  Our best guess was that Modern View would turn out to be slightly  higher than the other, but not enough to matter very much or influence our choice.  We went with Mark because he seemed more in sync with what we we after, his Angie's list reviews were strong, and we believed we could work well with him, a belief that was confirmed by our subsequent experience.
As I said earlier, we were very pleased with the work.  Dated early 1970s bathrooms were turned into clean modern looking rooms.

"My mom and I were talking about remodeling our kitchen for a long time so finally I went on Angi and sighed up for Kitchen remodeling and Joe from New Project Deal LLC called me the same night and wanted to come talk to me but I told him not tonight so we made arrangements for him to come over we told him what we wanted then he sent a guy for measurements and then drew put the plans and then Christian and his brother and crew came over and did the job and it looks great we love it Thank you"

"We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."

"I was extremely pleased with the work Dan performed. He was here 3 days. Each day started with a walk through and explaining of what he was going to do. He took before and after pictures each day. If he didn't like how the patch looked, he would sand it and redo the spackel. The 8 foot crack going across my ceiling was caused by drooping dry wall. Dan located the studs and made sure that the ceiling would no longer be drooping. After he painted the ceiling, I couldn't tell where the crack it, I would certainly recommend Dan for any fine detail repair work."
