"I had water leaking from the roof of my garage (raised ranch). I wasn't sure where it was coming from. I contacted Mr. Handyman and they sent Aron out. He removed the soaked drywall in the garage to see where it was coming from. He then walked upstairs and found the leak coming from the plastic hose connected my refrigerator that had started to fray. He cut out the soaked drywall in the kitchen and replaced the plastic hose and valve that was connected to the main water pipe that fed the refrigerator. His communication was great, as he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with what he was doing. He even fixed another small issue that I'd been neglecting that was a trip hazard in the house. He was in and out in two hours. The kitchen and garage ceiling still need to be drywalled, but that couldn't be done until the space dried out. I will definitely be calling them back to have them do that work, as well."

"Was the second time we've used Chicagoland Precison painting's services. As with the previous time, the estimate was fair and based on the first job, we had no problem in hiring them again. One bedroom and a hallway were pretty standard and look good with fresh coats of paint.. The second bedroom had a plaster wall that was in really rough shape; huge, deep cracks and old crusted paint. Jason worked some magic on the wall and it looks fantastic.

The job went a couple hours over on an extra evening due to the skim coat not completely drying in the expected time. No cutting corners to move on to the next job; Jason came back in the evening the next day that he could, ensuring that it had dried and was sanded properly. Further attesting to detail, in the process of fixing that wall, he decided that he'd have to paint the ceiling as well otherwise the room wouldn't look good. This was not in the original quote and he painted it free of labor charge.
