Our piano had not been tuned in many years and I was expecting a scolding from the tuner, but Mr. Renshaw was pleasant, positive and did an excellent job. Neither my wife nor I actually play the piano, it is remnant of our children's music lessons. My wife says that it sounds much better. For me, I can accurately be described as tone deaf.
