They were timely and professional, and communication was good throughout the process. Their work on our deck included replacing a number or boards and rebuilding a section of it, in addition to power washing, sanding, and staining. The finished deck looks great, as does the patio, where they power washed, relaid some of the stones, and applied polymeric sand. The cost of all this work was very reasonable. Despite adverse weather conditions (it being -12 degrees on a Sunday in Chicago), Thomas returned to sand the drywall, insisting on completing the job thoroughly.
