"Daniel and the My Landscape Contractor (MLC) crew are incredible. I cannot say enough to convey how well they did fixing our patio and also creating new additional patio, a retaining wall, two privacy fences and a new composite ceiling under our second floor balcony. We had a paver patio that was sinking up to a foot in several locations causing major issues making our large, raised patio a hazard. We consulted with 4 other hardscape/landscape companies and MLC was the standout clear choice. We felt that Daniel had the best solutions at a reasonable price. He was confident in his solutions and executed them perfectly. He took my creative ideas for the new additions and made them work while keeping structure and long term stability a priority. We were very confident throughout the entire process that Daniel was the right choice. We appreciated that he kept in constant communication with us regarding the schedule and work. He oversaw and worked directly with his paver team on a daily basis for 2 weeks. It was amazing what they accomplished in such a short time given how much work was to be done. On a rare occasion, we noticed something small that needed to be changed and he immediately had it corrected. We worked with his paver team, softscape team (for sod) and carpentry team. Each team was professional and did excellent work. The best part is that we feel our patio will never sink again because they did such an excellent job. "West Chicago Concrete did a great job on my walkway and patio. The crew was very competent and were REALLY hard workers, even right through the week of 95°+ temperatures. They ran into a couple of big problems, one due to the previous home owner, but were able to get the right people in to correct the problems. Afterward they smoothed out the dirt along the walk and reseeded it. They gave some great suggestions, and the whole crew was very polite and easy to deal with. Iâ d hire them again!"

"I got a good quote for filling in multiple holes in my very large front yard. ( caused by soil dropping down to fill in holes where septic lines were installed) Rather than mowing the grass very low, so he could given a proper estimate , Sergio just glanced over the lawn ( grass at summer #3 setting) He missed more than 1/3 rd of the yard and gave me a low cost estimate . When I asked his crew to fill in the rest of the areas I had to talk with Sergio to be specific about my request. AT no time was I angry nor were they defensive. They brought in another large truckload of top soil and did the work, but it increased my price by quite a bit. I can deal with all that without frustration because they were ALL lovely people. As the grass came up so did tens of thousands of weeds. Apparently they did not get topsoil that had been heated to kill weed seeds. Maybe thats not a thing with all contractors??? I wrote Sergio whom I consider very professional and responsive to ask when it was safe to use weed killer on "baby grass". He never responded."

"Hector and his crew were able to do our job 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They replaced a broken section of garage concrete, which was had caused our garage to be unlevel. That work involved supporting and securing the garage wall while replacing the broken concrete. With the new concrete, the garage is now completely level. They also replaced and expanded our patio, which was broken and not pitched correctly. The new concrete is now correctly pitched away from the house to keep water away. We love our new patio! Professional Concrete definitely lived up to their name, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again."

"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.
