George the salesman was very professional when he came out to give us a quote. We were very impressed that the owner came back and re-measured to make sure it was exactly as we wanted it. There were some irrrgular measurements over our door but they made adjustments when the awning was built and it fits beautifully over our back porch. Installers also had many years of experience. "First gave a 5 star, then a 4 star, now a 2 star... This job came out beautiful (We have photos!) This was not damaged... I have no idea what their problem is. Very unreasonable... We did everything right and nothing wrong. So sorry they are not happy. I guess you can not please everyone. I appreciate all my customers, and thank them for their business!"

Professional, friendly and prompt. At $830 it was more expensive than we anticipated for an ordinary awning and an hour of labor. Nevertheless, the awning looks just fine. At our request, the installer made a few adjustments during installation without complaint.
