I gave him an A for punctuality, even though he was an hour late, because he insisted on giving me a discount because he was late! He was very friendly, seemed very competent, and completed the work in short order. The price was extremely reasonable, even without the discount. He guarantees the work and urged us to call him to come back at no additional cost if we saw any further problems.
