Robert Rodriguez had his team out to move everything in the living room, erect scaffolding (very high ceiling), seal off the room, protect the floor, treat, dry, and prep ceiling for new drywall and painting. Rob, Adrian Arredondo, Allan, Arguello, Victor Lozano, Gerardo Martinez, and Jose Vazquez were terrific. They did a great job and were friendly and professional. I am very pleased and would recommend them unreservedly.

What a FANTASTIC company! Unfortunately, we had some water damage in our kitchen area and called out Alldry USA. Robert Rodriguez arrived promptly to assess the damages and had a crew out the next day. The team worked rigorously, going above and beyond to ensure our belongings were handled with care while leaving the area as pristine as possible once the job was done. I can't say enough about the entire team's courtesy, promptness and professionalism. Hopefully, we won't have to experience this again with any additional water damage. However, if so, it will be Alldry that we'll call out most definitely! Allan and his crew worked efficiently. Contained the entire area, removed sheet rock, removed shower pan and tiles, washed down all surfaces, painted all wood with encapsulating paint, removed all mold contaminated items, fogged the contained area, ran air scrubbers for three days. All was well organized. Allan was eager to answer all our questions we had throughout the process and stayed in touch until we got clearance from the mold inspector. Only at that point was payment due. No down payment had been required.

Robert’s professionalism and patient, clear communication made it pleasantly simple to get this process started. Donovan was the supervisor who came to our home with his crew including Kruz and Fabian. They arrived early and took excellent care with our fragile items and custom walls. Fabian kept me informed every step of their process. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with contractors. This was like a breath of fresh air in a difficult situation. I highly recommend them!

It went GREAT!!

Great. I used All Dry during Harvey for my whole house and they did an outstanding job. So I knew I needed them this time too. They arrived as scheduled, did a thorough testing of the whole area, found moisture in some walls in addition to the ceiling and removed the additional sheetrock. They left fans and humidifiers in my garage and returned several days later to do thorough check and do a mold remediation treatment. They cleaned up beautifully and removed all the trash. Special thanks to Robert Rodriguez, Donovan Bradford and Emilio Prestonsoto who did such a terrific job. This is a very important step when water damages your home, especially in Houston, where mold can appear if damage is not treated immediately and properly. There are many companies out there who are "bleach guys" and that won't do the job. All Dry knows their business and no worries about mold after using them

Robert Rodriguez kept me in the loop scheduling and juggling a crew for when most of Texas was dealing with burst pipes and flooding from snowmageddon 2021! The crew of 5, 2 of whom Rikelme Lozin and Marcos Hernandez went above and beyond my expectations and worked hard and in a timely manner! I’m very confident they were able to remove all the water and mold damage in the room! I highly recommend the company AND Robert Rodriguez, Rikelme Lozin and Marcos Hernandez!!

All Dry USA did a fantastic job !!! I had major water damage to my kitchen cabinets due to a water leak. Robert Rodriguez (operations manager) diagnosed the problem and explained the remediation process. Robert was very helpful guiding me through the process. The crew ( Allen Arguello and Robert Rodriguez) were very professional and friendly perform the actual remediation work. I very pleased with work they performed. I cannot say enough about the wonderful company! From my first appointment with Robert Rodriguez, I knew I had chosen the right company for my needs. He was thorough and professional and walked me through every step of the process. When the All Dry crew showed up to work, Jose, the crew leader, was friendly, courteous and very professional! The entire crew worked very hard and treated me with kindness. Justin went above and beyond to install some caps where the sink came out because my turn off valve was not working. I would highly recommend All Dry!!!
