They were extremely knowledgeable and helped us identify and solve water-intrusion issues as well as a substantial structural issue with one of the corners of our building. "3D installed a paver patio with stairs at our house 11 years ago. They failed to use a waterproof membrane in between the paver stairs and the side of our house. Moisture has seeped in as a result causing our brick wall to crumble. We had 2 brick repair companies come out to diagnose the problem and they both said it was because the company who installed the stairs didn’t put in the membrane. The stairs and bricks need to be replaced and the membrane that was supposed to be used needs to be installed. 3D does not take responsibility for this. The patio is also coming up at the edges in some parts and sinking in other parts. I caution you to not use 3D. The work will look good for a few years but not in the long run and they will cause huge problems to your house because they don’t install properly. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes and poor workmanship."
