"We highly recommend US Waterproofing. Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose.      I realized one of the water pipes in my upstairs bathroom was frozen- no water coming out. The other sinks/tub were fine. I called Four Seasons for an appointment based on Angie's List,  and was able to get someone that afternoon! (I was thrilled!)

     He came out as promised during the 4 hour window of time they said. He checked and found out that the pipe had defrosted by then. He then checked every sink and shower/tub in the house, including the basement. He patiently answered our questions on how to prevent this from happening in the future. It was reassuring to have it all checked.

      It was great to have someone able to look at all of the other water pipes in the house just to be sure it was ok. I will be calling them for future work.
