We had some old, torn-up floors that honestly looked like they were beyond saving—but the transformation is unbelievable. After the refinishing, they look like brand new floors, absolutely gorgeous, with a smooth, rich finish that completely elevates the look of our home. Not only was the quality of the work exceptional, but the price was also more than fair—especially considering the results. On top of that, they were incredibly professional: they showed up 15 minutes early, ready to work, and clearly take pride in what they do. "Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

"We interviewed several prospective contractors before deciding to work with Tim, but it was the best decision we made. From start to finish, this was not the remodeling nightmare that everyone prepared us for. Tim took time to fully understand our project, help us design two brand-new bathrooms in our upstairs space, and do it within our budget and more reasonably than any other contractor we had interviewed. Tim is extremely communicative and detailed, so we always knew where in the process we were, what was going to happen from week to week, and what we needed to do to prepare for the next phase of construction. Any changes, adjustments, or overruns (of which there were few) were discussed and agreed upon well-in advance. In the end, Tim built us two spacious bathrooms upstairs and moved our laundry up there, in the space of the original, small bathrooms. We loved the quality of work and loved working with Tim, and have already recommended him several times to friends and family. We would absolutely use him and his services again for future work. Plus our Great Danes love him."

We were needing to build a wall to close up our loft (to convert into a bedroom) and KSRP provided fair pricing, were quick and efficient and got the job done right. "All of these 5 star reviews got dumped on the Angi page, dated 2/2024. All show shiny basements & what appears to be excellent work & reviews claiming excellent communication. It's how I came about the referral - as well as their Facebook ads. Not sure if they bit off more than they could chew, but communication has been awful if not non-existent. The home visit seemed great! But I had to email them for the quote afterwords. Then a visit to the showroom a month later was dirty, plant dirt lying around, no bathroom available to the customers, giant weeds outside of the building they purchased. If you're presenting yourself as professional contractors, appearance of a showroom where you host customers is a reflection of your work. I didn't hear from them in over 4 wks. I emailed & was met with an excuse & zero delivery of promise for final proposal. We are taking our business elsewhere. We just wasted 3 months for nothing."
