"Please do not hire this company. They are untrustworthy and barely communicate. They took my deposit and did not deliver. I contracted Alecia Respondi on the 2nd of April 2020 and the project of 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens as per her contract was supposed to complete on June 11, 2020, On that day her contractor tells me he has quit. Since then I have been trying to call her and she barely responds. You have to call her over 15 times and after 3 days she or so her fiancee Marek Mikolajczyk responds and keeps feeding me lies like the contractor will come in a day, then 2 days, then an hour and now they have stopped responding all together. Its been a week and no one has showed up. My project is less than 30% done. They didnt have the decency to refund the deposit I paid. Please DO not contact this company, they are shady and you will lose your money. Additionally, She is known to write fake reviews, something her contractor shared with me when he quit."

"I had an old claw foot tub that was refinished by someone that didn't know what they were doing. The finish failed and was peeling terribly. It was peeling so bad that it would clog the drain. NuCoat said that they would be able to refinish the tub so that it looked like new and they did just that. They showed up on time, explained the process, and started working. I was dreading the clean up that most contractors leave you with but when they came to get me there was no mess and it looked like they installed a brand new antique style tub. I am so happy I was able to save the tub at a fraction of the cost of what a new one would cost. I would recommend to call NuCoat before you call a remodeler. That way you get to keep the quality cast iron tub instead of a new flimsy fiberglass one. You end up with the best of both worlds at a fraction of the cost."
