"We are very happy with the work that DAL Builders did on our project. Tim is so easy to work with. He is very communicative which was super helpful (especially during a pandemic!). We have worked with contractors in the past who I have struggled to get to return calls but Tim was always on top of our project. Even with all the delays due to COVID - he would periodically reach out to us unprompted and let us know the status of our items. He is also extremely budget conscious. Tim let us know up front the areas of the project that were "unknown" budget wise (for example he did not know how bad the rot was going to be around our door frame) but was able to give us a realistic estimate of what it might cost best and worst case scenario. In projects past with other contractors - in the end we were anywhere from 15-20% over budget. With Tim I believe we were less than 5% over budget and that overage was really just due to the "unknowns". We have never had a renovation come this close to budget (and we gutted our house so we have lots of experience with contractors and budgets). We are happy with the way the work looks and Tim was quick to resolve any issues we had. His crew is courteous, thorough, and always show up when they are supposed to. I don't think there was one time where I had to call Tim and tell him no one was here when they were supposed to be. Overall - we are really happy with the work that was done and the management of the whole project. We would definitely use DAL Builders again!"

"I contracted for a rear porch rebuild and JT and crew did an awesome job! I was grateful that JT was on site to answer any questions the city inspector had about the rebuild. I was also grateful for the clean-up each day. Thank you!"

"I am so grateful to Grandview Construction for our beautiful, new kitchen and master shower! They also painted our entire first floor including the trim. Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we could not be happier with the gorgeous finished product. We will work with them on any other project we might do on our home, and I would recommend Grandview Construction without any reservation to anyone who is looking for a dependable and honest general contractor to work on their house."

"Jack and his team were great! Initial quote: Jack came on time and communicated well throughout. Quote was provided in a timely manner unlike some other contractors I had contacted. A clear contract was provided with all work in writing along with prices and milestones. Work began promptly and was done with great quality and care. Our family is enjoying our new space and would recommend JK to all our family and friends. Thanks again!"

"Very professional and timely contractor. We are so pleased with our new bathrooms and they were quick an efficient on the job."

"I can't say enough about A P Builders and how absolutely wonderful they have been from start to finish. We completely gutted and remodeled our home and Angelo was upfront, honest, timely, and everything that was contracted was done to perfection. We had crew there every day from start to finish. He started on time and finished on time. Any change orders were handled professionally and solutions were found for any unforeseen challenges due to the age of my home. I highly recommend AP Builders for any of your home improvement needs."

"The workers did everything asked of them. Cleaned up my area so well you couldn't tell they worked in the very same area!!! Will use and recommend them to anybody. Great job!!"

"Jose and his team did a great job on our kitchen remodel. They communicated well, addressed all of our minor requests, responsive to our questions with good support, and cleaned up well after the project was completed."

"Professional and timely walk through of the job both during estimation process, prior to signing contract, explanation of contract, and multiple walk-throughs during construction. Joe and his group kept me informed and kept to all timelines agreed upon. These guys are hones, polite and experts in their field. We are already talking about our next project."
