"We had them do masonry work on our exterior of our house and they did a great job blending new with old. They also put stainless steel liner and chimney cap on our fire place they were very thoural and clean."

"Crawlspace was done well and when I found an issue they came back and fixed it right away. Price was in the ball park with other companies. However, we had an exterior foundation leak repaired as well, and they installed a mesh to prevent water from leaking in. 8 months later when water is now leaking in and around their "fix" they won't repair under warranty because "weather conditions are beyond our control". DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY OUTDOOR SERVICES."

"The repair was excellent. It dealt with the issues concerning a cement block foundation. I am confident that the water problem is solved. Everseal worked beyond expectations. The workmen were very easy to work with. They did their best to keep dust from their work centralized. I would definitely hire them again - but, I don't think I will have to because of the job they did."

"Big shout out to Dil and Cruise for doing a splendid job . They were very courteous, patient enough to listen to my concerns and very friendly. Drilling into brick doesn’t have to be a dangerous project if you prep and approach it with the right tools and techniques, but it does come with risks if it’s not done correctly. It can lead to significant issues, such as damaging the brick or affecting the wall’s structural integrity. Applying too much force can crack or chip the brick, while incorrect placement might compromise its load-bearing strength. 

Masonry uses units like bricks, cement blocks, and stone with mortar between them. Mortar is generally made of sand and a type of cement. Examples of masonry include the brick or stone on a house, chimney, or freestanding wall. Concrete is a mixture of water, sand, stone aggregate, and other materials, and is poured into forms or moldings. Types of concrete applications include driveways, garage and basement floors, and poured concrete walls in basements and crawl spaces.

Limewash can be removed from brick, but the method of removal will depend on how long the limewash has been on the brick. If the limewash has fully dried—which happens after about five days—you’ll need to use a diluted muriatic acid mixture to remove it. If there are multiple coats of limewash, you may need to apply the acid mixture several times to fully remove it from the brick.
