They were courteous, willing to take the time to explain the scope of work. I was VERY happy with the cleanup. Not enough companies take the time to do this. Work was completed 9/17/20. I am confident that with the next big rain the basement will be dry. I believe Jeff's assurances that they will come back if a problem should arise. Being a family-owned business was a big selling point for us. Delivered more than was in the original scope of work. WOW! That never happens. "Crawlspace was done well and when I found an issue they came back and fixed it right away. Price was in the ball park with other companies. However, we had an exterior foundation leak repaired as well, and they installed a mesh to prevent water from leaking in. 8 months later when water is now leaking in and around their "fix" they won't repair under warranty because "weather conditions are beyond our control". DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY OUTDOOR SERVICES."
