They were courteous, willing to take the time to explain the scope of work. I was VERY happy with the cleanup. Not enough companies take the time to do this. Work was completed 9/17/20. I am confident that with the next big rain the basement will be dry. I believe Jeff's assurances that they will come back if a problem should arise.
