The wait time for window production is reasonable and the installation is efficient. The first time we had windows replaced there was a miscommunication but the installers fixed it on the spot, no problems. The owner also allows you to buy and replace windows at your own pace, which is very accommodating since windows are expensive. Plus the windows look great!
