"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

"Jeff did not do a home maintenance job for us. He is a volunteer and Team leader at our PM pantry . He has also worked with us to maintain our equipment including banners, our "gator" traffic cones and signs in addition to interacting with our guests and managing our traffic team at the pantry Jeff is responsible and always lets us know if he has a change in his schedule that would make him late or absent . He leads and interacts well with all of our other volunteers and is able to handle even difficult clients with grace, firmness, and a polite friendly professional manner. He goes above and beyond what most people would expect. He is a man of integrity, purpose, faith,professionalism, and kindness . "

For example: knowing preferred color scheme to complement the house, did not offer a choice of mulch color - went ahead with the one I disdain without asking on more than one occasion -did not seek clarity before doing the job Too many mistake **RE does** at my expense The cost of trees and planting are far above the local competition"

"We can't say enough about how delighted we were with not only the results of our total kitchen remodel, but the experience of working with Mike, Ryan and Jared. They have well-established relationships with a number of local subcontractors and vendors who are equally reliable and skilled, so the project moved along without any other delays.
