For example: knowing preferred color scheme to complement the house, did not offer a choice of mulch color - went ahead with the one I disdain without asking on more than one occasion -did not seek clarity before doing the job Too many mistake **RE does** at my expense The cost of trees and planting are far above the local competition"

From our very first contact, they were reliable and responsive, answering all texts and calls promptly and keeping appointments punctually. They offered ideas but were also highly respectful and responsive to ideas we presented, always saying "We can make that happen!", even when we had some really out-there requests like cutting a whole section of cabinets out around our 100 year old laundry chute and installing a stained glass window! Ryan and Jared are superb carpenters; their work is beautiful and they pay careful attention to detail. Best of all they are both extremely polite and pleasant, which really matters when someone is in your home every day for several weeks. They had our kitchen completely demolished down to the plaster and back to being a functioning kitchen in just 4 weeks , including significant plumbing and electrical repairs and upgrades , as well as delays in shipping of a replacement for a damaged cabinet (not their fault!) and our new window. They have well-established relationships with a number of local subcontractors and vendors who are equally reliable and skilled, so the project moved along without any other delays.
