"Update on 10/25/2015.  

Steve Pratt, the owner of the company, came over on a Sunday and gave a valid explanation on the delay in responding.  He immediately took care of our damper problem and did an excellent job in checking on what was needed to stop the birds from nesting in the chimney.  He put through the order for a new hood and did a wonderful job in temporarily cleaning out the debris from the nesting which could have started a fire.

"Anthony and Brandon were excellent, extremely professional and knowledgeable! Anthony and Brandon repaired our chimney and installed a new damper and cap and beautiful new logs in under 2 hours!
